The nobility of work.

The history of Masone 15 goes back five centuries and is closely tied to both industry and city institutions. It all began some 500 years ago, when the Pradello Mill was founded here. In the early 1800s it was converted into a cotton mill which led to an economic

boom in the area. In the early 1900s the building became home to the Istituto Tecnico Industriale and, later on, housed other institutions as well. Because of its historical value, it is now under the protection of the Superintendence of Architectural Heritage.
